Do You Offer Payment Plans?

Payments are broken into two parts. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit that needs to be paid up front in order to secure your booking, and the 50% remainder that can be paid when the project is complete.

Is My Initial Deposit Refundable?

Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable. They secure your spot in my schedule, which often books out months in advance. This system helps me dedicate the right amount of time to each project and ensures fairness for all clients. When a spot is reserved, I may turn away other projects for that timeframe. The deposit shows your commitment to moving forward and helps keep everything running smoothly.

How Long Does Branding Usually Take?

It depends on the package! If you choose the LaunchPad package than it will take about 4 weeks. The Signature and AstroAlign Brand Add On takes from 5-6 weeks. Lastly, the A La Cart projects are case by case basis.
